On Wednesday 19th February we hosted the first of many 2025 customer engagement events – seeking feedback on the new Cobalt Home Standard at the Ellergreen Community Centre. It was fantastic to see such a great turnout and to hear such valuable feedback from our customers.
The event focused on our vision for the future, how we’re working to improve our homes and most importantly, give customers the chance to share their thoughts on what’s working well and what could be better.
Initial feedback from customers has been really positive! We've taken away a few clarifications for the draft Cobalt Homes Standard along with requests to see more pictures included.
We also had great support from the TCP members who attended and played a key role in the conversations.
We're committed to continuing these engagement events across our neighbourhoods to ensure our customers’ voices shape the future of Cobalt. Keep an eye out for upcoming dates!
